What do I offer?
I offer a mix of creative services including website design, branding, print, social media and digital design.
The common thread through it all? Design that’s thoughtful, aligned, and actually useful.
I’m a freelance graphic designer based in Teesside, in the North East of England, working with small businesses, community projects and purpose-led brands. I’m also available for white label support — partnering quietly with studios and agencies as an extra creative hand.
I’ve been freelancing since 2016, and officially working in the industry since 2018 — and in that time I’ve learned that great design isn’t just about looking good. It’s about helping people connect, understand and trust what you’re offering. In 2024, I took the leap and launched my own freelance business full time — something I’d been building towards for years.

I like to keep things collaborative and relaxed, but also clear — so you always know where you stand. Here are a few things to know before we get started:
Every project begins with a relaxed chat — just to understand what you need and make sure we’re the right fit. From there, I’ll send over a proposal, timeline and contract so everything’s clear before we begin.
I mostly use email to keep things organised, but I’m happy to book in quick calls if it helps move things along. You’ll always know where we’re at, and I’ll check in regularly throughout the project.
I work Monday to Friday, usually 9am–4:30pm. I’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin and let you know what I need from you to stay on track. I don’t work evenings or weekends — this helps me show up fully during the week.
I always include time for feedback and refinements. I’ll guide you through the process with check-ins and clear next steps — no guesswork needed. It’s a collaborative approach, but I’ll keep things feeling calm and under control.
For every project, you’ll receive a contract and a clear quote upfront. I invoice either per milestone or monthly, depending on the project. My standard payment terms are 14 or 30 days, and I don’t charge late fees — I just ask for clear communication.
I usually share finished files via OneDrive or email, and for web design projects, you’ll receive a Figma link so you can review and approve the layout before development.
I work in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, depending on what the project needs. Website designs are created with platforms like WordPress and Shopify in mind, and I collaborate closely with a developer to ensure a smooth, high-quality build.
If you already have tools or systems in place, I’m happy to work around what suits your setup.
